Shipping Policy for Konga’s Kreations

Thank you for shopping at Konga’s Kreations! Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure your order is handled efficiently and transparently.

Shipping Methods

Small Packages

Small packages may be sent via Australia Post parcel post. 

Order Pick-Up

Order pick-ups are always free and available from the following locations:

  1. The House of War: 52 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood VIC 3134.

    Pick-up is by appointment only during store open hours:

    Day Hours
    Monday Closed
    Tuesday Closed
    Wednesday 12–5:30 pm
    Thursday 12–6 pm
    Friday 12–10 pm
    Saturday 10 am–10 pm
    Sunday 10 am–6 pm

     

    If you select this option, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.  Please contact us to schedule your pick-up.

     

  2. Swordcraft Melbourne Game: Friday nights.

    • Orders can be brought to this event for collection.

  3. Wizards and Warlords Game: Tuesday nights.

    • Orders can be brought to this event for collection.

  4. Event Collection:

    • Orders can be picked up at events we are attending, provided there is at least one week’s prior notice.

Please do not select the pick-up option if you cannot commit to collecting your order at one of these locations.

Express Shipping

We do not guarantee express shipping. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly at info@kongaskreations.com.au so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Custom Postage

Some items may require custom postage arrangements. Please contact us with your address and item list for an accurate postage quote.

Standard Shipping and Insurance

  • Standard Shipping: Default shipping is ATL (Authority to Leave) without signature and does not include postage insurance.

  • Insured Shipping: Requires a signature upon delivery.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@kongaskreations.com.au for assistance, even if booked without insurance. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

International Shipping

Orders sent outside of Australia are subject to additional shipping expenses. Please note the following:

  • Manual Orders: International orders must be placed manually by contacting us through our website.

  • Sales Tax: Orders outside of Australia will not be charged the 10% sales tax.

  • Import Fees: You may be subject to import fees upon delivery in your country.

Dispatch and Packaging Procedures

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within three (3) business days after payment is received, provided sufficient stock is available.

  • Order Status Updates: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification.

  • Fees: Shipping fees include handling, packing, and transport costs.

  • Packaging: All items are carefully packed in ample-sized containers to ensure protection.

Combining Orders

We advise customers to group items into a single order. If separate orders are placed, shipping fees will apply to each order, and we cannot guarantee they will be combined.
